Achievements until now...!

During my under-graduate level of education in biotechnology engineering, bioinformatics was my key subject and my interest and motivation in the field led me to achieve a publication of my work with my colleagues. The main objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive database of Nuclear Receptor (NR) Superfamily-Ligand. Nuclear Receptor Superfamily represents one of the most important families of drug targets in pharmaceutical development. Nuclear Receptor Superfamily-Ligand is a novel public NR-related chemical genomic database that is primarily focused on the correlation of information between NRs and their ligands.

The database is a web page created in using basic HTML referred from w3schools.com and using a development tool called Dreamweaver. While undertaking this project, I had no knowledge of any web-designing and hence used and learned Html. Though I hold a publication for this database, my next approach would be developing this website using PHP/JavaScript as I have learned these scripting languages in Master's degree.

The main drawbacks of this webpage are that, the data for nuclear receptor's and their ligands have no data storage and hence require a database to be created using MYSQL. After the success of this database, it would then require a graphical user interface involving dynamic web pages and also gaining the client-server interaction. For now:
